HOW TO DEPOSIT

Offering and depositing your data to the Archive are simple processes. We review all offers of data and guide you through the deposit process. Depositing involves preparing your data with our guidance and completing the accompanying forms.

All data deposits are managed via the Economic and Social Data Service (ESDS). Please consult the instructions on ESDS which will guide you through the process of offering and depositing data.

If you have data to offer us you will be asked to complete a Data Review Form. You will be informed by email of our decision after which you submit your data collection.

If you are a depositor of regular or major series data collections, please go straight to deposit or contact +44 (0)1206 872572.

Any data deposited should be free from any legal or ethical issues that might limit the sharing of data. Consent or copyright permissions should have been obtained before the data are deposited.
