ARE YOU READY TO DEPOSIT?

You have prepared and documented your data according to our standards and are ready to offer us data. Now follow one of the two options below:

Are you a depositor of regular or major series data collections?

If you usually deposit large-scale social surveys or government data series with us, go straight to the deposit stage.

Contact the acquisitions team or telephone +44 (0)1206 872572 if you need to discuss the deposit of any regular data or series.

DEPOSIT SERIES DATA

Do you have a new data collection to offer us?

All new data collections should be offered to us through a Data Review Form.

You should also include any documentation you have created as part of the study, such as questionnaires, interview schedules, consent forms and so on. For qualitative data at least three data samples should also be supplied to aid the review process.

OFFER NEW DATA

All offers and deposits of data are managed via the Economic and Social Data Service (ESDS). All offers of data are reviewed by the Acquisitions Review Committee to assess their suitability for inclusion in our collections.
