Workshop: using census data in methods teaching

This workshop is aimed at methods teachers working with undergraduates, and will provide guidance on using census data in quantitative methods teaching. It will also provide participants with an opportunity to share ideas and to network with those working in similar roles in other universities.

The programme will include some hands-on exercises led by those working for the ESRC Census Programme, and there will also be presentations and discussions to address some of the concerns that methods teachers may have.

The workshop is free to attend and includes lunch and refreshments. However travel and accommodation costs will need to be met by the participants.
